Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon registration. Please call to verify that space is available prior to sending your payment.

Cancellations: All Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) training courses are held based on a minimum enrollment basis. Although CTEF strives to hold all scheduled courses, no warranty or guarantee is made regarding holding any course. CTEF reserves the right to cancel a course up to fifteen calendar days prior to the scheduled course start date. CTEF assumes no liability for course cancellation for any reason. Any costs related to a student’s taking a class, including, but not limited to airfare, hotel, per-diem, mileage, any travel costs or lost employee wages or salary are the responsibility of the student and/or their employer. If a class is cancelled, CTEF’s liability is limited only to the amount paid by the registrant for the course, which will be refunded by the same method in which it was received or issued as a credit toward a subsequent CTEF course. CTEF reserves the right to alter a course’s venue, if necessary.

In the event a student cancels a course, a refund of the amount paid will be issued unless the cancellation occurs less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the course’s starting date. All student cancellations must be in writing. Registrants who cancel less than fifteen (15) days of their course’s start date will receive a credit that can be applied to a future course.

If a registrant does not cancel and fails to attend, the student forfeits the course fee, and a credit for a future course will not be issued. Registrants are responsible for canceling their hotel and travel-related reservations.

Students who are disruptive or exhibit inappropriate behavior as determined by the instructor will be removed from the class, and NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

During courses, CTEF may take photographs, which may be published or used for promoting CTEF. CTEF offers no compensation of any kind to attendees for use of photographs taken of attendees. By hitting the “Accept” button, you agree to allow CTEF to use any photographs taken.

Additionally, registrant accepts responsibility for his/her course selection and certifies that he/she meets the prerequisites, if any, for the course for which he/she is registering. Registrant understands that it is his/her responsibility to pay course fee at the time of registration.
